Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after your order is successfully placed.
Orders are not normally processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping Times

Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.
If you realize that you entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible at shritoys.us@gmail.com.
We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been processed or shipped.
ShriToys LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's procedures and timelines.

We will work with you and, where appropriate, the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
For damaged packages, we recommend keeping the original packaging and taking photographs of the damaged item and packaging, as these may be required to assist with a claim.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
A package may be returned to us if the address is incorrect or incomplete, the package cannot be delivered, or the recipient is unavailable for delivery according to the carrier's policies.
If an order is returned to us, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply where the return resulted from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
