Return and Refunds
At ShriToys LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with an eligible item, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.
Return Period
We accept eligible returns requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be returned in the original packaging, where applicable
- Include all accessories, parts, manuals, and other items originally included with the product
- Not be damaged, altered, or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product
Certain products may be subject to additional return restrictions.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us at shritoys.us@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the item, if applicable
Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from us.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at shritoys.us@gmail.com.
Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging when possible.
After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including products that:
- Have been used or damaged after delivery
- Are missing original packaging or components
- Have been modified or altered
- Are otherwise identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase
If a product has specific return restrictions, those restrictions will be communicated on the applicable product page or before purchase.
Return Shipping
Unless an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by an error on our part, the customer may be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
For approved returns caused by an error on our part, we may provide return-shipping instructions or otherwise assist with the return.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.
Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, only a partial refund may be available, such as when an item is returned with missing parts, packaging, accessories, or shows signs of use or damage that are not the result of normal inspection.
Any applicable refund adjustment will be communicated to you before processing the refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at shritoys.us@gmail.com.
Depending on product availability and the circumstances of the return, we may offer an exchange or another appropriate resolution.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests before an order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the standard return procedure may apply.

Returns must meet the eligibility requirements described in this policy. We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not meet these requirements, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
