No Return Policy:

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns for any reason.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect Items, or Exchanges:

  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, or if you wish to exchange a product, please contact us immediately.
  • To process your claim, an unboxing video is required, clearly showing the package being opened and the issue with the product.
  • Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Refunds, Replacements, or Exchanges:

  • Upon verification of the unboxing video, we will offer one of the following options based on product availability:
    • Replacement for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
    • Exchange for a different product of equal value (subject to availability).
    • Refund (if applicable) to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
